Medical visit 23 October 2007.

On this 23^rd of October 2007 we had the visit of the medical team of Island Impact Ministry of Dominican Republic. Kelly and Rob Neilson with an assistant Paul of Quebec Canada picked up Christian at 5.oo am in Puerto Plata and drove 3.30 hours to the boarder of Dominican Republic and Haiti.

They started the medical assistance in Dominican Republic and attended 50 students of “Simon Bolivar” school in Dajabon. Then they crossed the boarder and where welcomed in Le Samrit school with a hot pumpkin soup called Giromo.

All 73 students age from 2 to 5 years old were examined and given proper medicine in a bag to be handed over to MUM .

Christiane remained as usual to support the teachers for 3 days and the rest of the team headed to Sosua . Long day indeed they arrived in Sosua around 8.00 pm. Love and thanks to Kelly, Bob and Paul.
